We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Estimated delivery
After processing, standard delivery is estimated at 6–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by the carrier, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.
Shipping cost
The shipping charge, if any, is displayed clearly at checkout before payment. We do not currently offer an express shipping service.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed after the order is dispatched. Use the carrier link in that email for the most accurate updates, or visit our Track Order page for help.
Multiple-Ring Orders
Orders containing two or more R09 Smart Gesture Rings may be shipped as individual packages rather than combined into one larger package. This allows us to use efficient shipping and fulfillment options for each ring.
When multiple rings are purchased on the same day, their packages will most likely arrive around the same time. Depending on the carrier, packages may also be grouped together for delivery, so multiple-ring orders may arrive together even when shipped separately.
Each package may have its own tracking information.
Address changes
Review your shipping address before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has started.
International customers
We do not ship directly outside the United States. A package-forwarding service may provide a US address, but that service operates independently from LazyGdgets. Its fees, customs requirements, delivery timing, and risk after the package reaches its facility are the customer’s responsibility.
