These Terms apply when you visit, use, or purchase through LazyGdgets and www.lazygdgets.shop. The store is independently operated under the trade name LazyGdgets and is powered by Shopify. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.
Eligibility and account information
You must be old enough to enter a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. Information supplied for an order or account must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
Products and compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by screen. Specifications, packaging, inventory, app features, and availability may change. Bluetooth and gesture functionality can vary by phone, operating system, third-party app, app version, region, and permissions.
The R09 Smart Gesture Ring uses the third-party QRing companion app for setup, compatible controls, and wellness trends. LazyGdgets does not control future third-party app or operating-system changes.
Wellness information
Wellness readings and trends are estimates for general informational and recreational use. The R09 is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition. Do not use it for emergencies or medical decisions.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory, payment verification, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate operational reasons. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders normally process in 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 6–15 business days in transit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Review the Shipping Policy.
Returns, defects, and sizing
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, sales are final except when an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Ring size or preference returns are not accepted. Claims for covered issues must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with the order details and reasonable supporting information. Review the Return Policy.
Third-party services
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, and other providers may supply payment, analytics, shipping, communications, or app services. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from this store are transactions with LazyGdgets, not Shopify.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the store only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with store security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the store in violation of applicable law. Original LazyGdgets branding and content are owned by or used with permission by LazyGdgets. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for commitments expressly stated in our policies. We do not promise uninterrupted website access or universal device, app, or feature compatibility.
To the extent permitted by law, LazyGdgets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes, governing law, and disputes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the independent operator in Costa Rica, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where the customer resides. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
